As a key member of our housekeeping team, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests. About the Role:

  • Duration: Fixed-term and casual positions starting in October.

  • Hours: Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Attention to Detail: Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of kitchen facilities, public toilets, ablution blocks, and apartments/cabins, ensuring all areas are thoroughly sanitised and inviting.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with other staff members to coordinate cleaning schedules and prioritise tasks based on guest arrivals and departures.
  • Guest Interaction: Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries related to housekeeping with a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to established health and safety protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment, and report any maintenance or repair issues.
  • Commitment to Cleanliness: Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness, ensuring all areas meet or exceed the campground's standards.

  • Training: Full training will be provided to help you understand and apply all procedures.
