As a key member of our team, you’ll bring a positive attitude to enforcing camp and Reserve rules, making campers and visitors feel welcome, and ensuring everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience. You’ll also share local tips, handle bookings, and maintain a tidy Reception area.
About the Role:
Duration: Fixed-term - October 2025 to March 2026
Hours: Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

What We’re Looking For:
Friendly Demeanor: Present a well-groomed, courteous, and polite demeanour to the public.
Rule Enforcement: Apply camp and Reserve rules fairly and professionally.
Communication Skills: Develop a positive rapport with campers, visitors, staff, and external agencies such as police, fire, and ambulance services.
Local Knowledge: Provide advice and information about the local area and attractions.
Attention to Detail: Ensure the Reception area is clean and tidy at all times.
Administrative Skills: Manage bookings, follow up on unpaid balances, count money, keep records, and organize regular banking of cash.
Flexibility: Assist with daily and monthly reports and undertake other duties as requested by the Guest Services Manager.
Additional Information:
Training: Full training will be provided to help you understand and apply all policies and procedures.
