Jobs at Kaiteriteri

Work and Play in Paradise

"We believe in protecting the natural beauty and soul of the Kaiteriteri Recreation Reserve". Everything we do at the Reserve is focused on our purpose and our sustainable business model reinvests our profits providing an authentic New Zealand outdoor recreation destination that you can trust.

The Reserve has various opportunities throughout the year across, Tourism, Accommodation, Hospitality, Customer Service, Operations, Retail and Admin, with our team growing to 120+ in summer.

Experience in a similar environment is nice, but if you're looking for a change, we like to hire based on attitude, and we teach you the rest. Our culture is important to us and being a team player is #1. If you thrive in a busy environment, value your workmates, have attention to detail and keen to take on a new challenge, well we would love to hear from you.

We encourage our team to enjoy everything on offer in the Reserve, be that a walk on the beach at lunch time, or a more energetic paddle board, kayak or riding the trails in our mountain bike park. What's not to like!
