Kaiteriteri Summer Events

Kaiteriteri Recreation Reserve invites you to join our FREE summer events for all ages! From zumba and live music on the village green, to sports games and fitness classes hosted by SoulUtionz Sports Trust, there’s something for everyone. Head to the southern end of the main beach by the estuary or our meeting point at the Village Green and join the action, win prizes, and enjoy the fresh air with the family in one of New Zealand's most beautiful spots.

What to Bring: Water bottle, Sunhat, Sturdy Footwear. Sunscreen will be available.

Event Locations

• Main Beach – Sports and Family Fun Challenges.
  

  Head to the southern end of Kaiteriteri Beach, near the estuary, and keep an eye out for the Kaiteriteri flags. You'll be greeted by our friendly event hosts and the team from SoulUtionz, who will be running the activities and ensuring everyone has a fantastic time.
  

• Village Green – Zumba, Scavenger Hunt, Live Music on the Village Green, Bouncy Castles and Fitness circuits.
  

  Find the Village Green by heading past the Mini Golf Course towards the Flying Fox. It's the perfect spot for active fun and friendly competition!

• Playground - Playground Summer Drop-in sessions. Join us for fun activities for the kids and let us know what you would like for the new playground at Kaiteriteri!

Attention parents and caregivers:

Please ensure that young children aren't left unattended during these events, as they are unsupervised.

While our staff will be running the events and prioritizing safety at all times, they are not responsible for the direct supervision of individual children. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
