Summer Ranger (Security) - Summer 24/25

We are currently seeking dedicated Rangers/Security personnel to join our small team and help provide essential security oversight during late evenings in the summer. If you have a passion for ensuring safety and maintaining a welcoming environment, this role might be perfect for you!
About the Role:
- Duration: Fixed-term and casual positions available from December 18, 2024, to February 9, 2025.
- Hours: Late evening shifts.

Ideal candidates should possess some or all of the following, but training will be provided:
- Valid First Aid Certificate: Preferred but not essential.
- Quick Thinking: Ability to react swiftly in challenging environments.
- Conflict Management: Confidence in managing and resolving conflicts.
- Physical Fitness: Capability to handle stress and physical demands.
- Health and Safety Experience: Previous experience in health and safety is a plus.
- Customer Service Experience: Experience in providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Security Oversight: Ensure reserve laws and rules are adhered to by maintaining professional rapport with guests and visitors from 4pm to late.
- Patrols: Conduct regular patrols of the reserve to monitor and address any issues.
- Conflict Resolution: Manage and resolve any conflicts or disturbances effectively.
- Assistance: Provide support and assistance to guests and visitors as needed.
Additional Information:
- Pre-Employment Test: Applicants will be required to complete a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
