  • Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and minimising waste.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that all food leaving the kitchen is of the highest quality, contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.
  • Collaboration with Team: Work closely with the kitchen and wait staff to ensure efficient and coordinated service.
  • Training and Development: Stay updated on industry trends and new culinary techniques. Contribute to the training and development of other kitchen staff.
