About the Role:

• Duration: Fixed-term positions available. -  18th Dec 24 to 9th Feb 25

• Hours: Shifts from 7:30 am to 2:00 pm, with the possibility of extended hours if necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Car Park Management: Oversee the Southern Carpark during peak periods to ensure efficient and orderly use.

• Payment Handling: Process payments as instructed by the Finance Manager.

• Visitor Assistance: Provide assistance to drivers and complete visitor surveys when requested.

• Enforcement: Apply camp and Reserve policies fairly and professionally, and ensure driveways are not obstructed.

• Communication: Develop a professional rapport with campers, visitors, staff, and external agencies such as police, fire, and ambulance services.

• Safety & Security: Ensure the safety and security of the parking area, including monitoring barriers and installing “car park full” signs at entrances.

• Parking Guidance: Advise drivers on available parking spots and assist with vehicles requiring fuel.

• Additional Duties: Undertake other tasks within capability as requested by the Operations Manager and adapt to role changes as necessary.
